These terms apply to every order placed on yushenkklr.store. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.

1. About this store

yushenkklr is an online store selling clothing, footwear and headwear, dispatching orders from our fulfilment warehouse in China to customers worldwide. The store is operated by Hongtong Changsen Trading Co., Ltd. (洪洞昶森商贸有限公司), Unified Social Credit Code 91141024MAK3DJFY2H, with its registered office at Room 1703, Floor 17, Unit 1, Building 19, Dongcheng City Garden Residential Area, Hongtong Avenue, Dahuaishu Town, Hongtong County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province, China. 2. Orders

  • An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch by email.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was clearly displayed in error, the order looks fraudulent, or we cannot ship to the address provided. If we cancel, any payment already taken is refunded in full.
  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid email address.

3. Prices and currency

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude import duties, customs fees and local taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
  • Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout before payment. See Shipping & Customs for current rates.

4. Payment

The payment methods we can currently accept are displayed on the checkout page. Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

5. Shipping and risk

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery is subject to carrier performance, customs clearance and events outside our control. See Shipping & Customs.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, colours and sizing. Screens display colour differently, so slight variation between the photograph and the product is possible. Measurements are approximate and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website – text, photographs, graphics, logos and layout – belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or resell it without our written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with its normal operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
